Computers Bring Science to Life!
In Ms. Summers classroom, the new science curriculum is being enriched with computers to help the students learn the standards of investigating and describing how the speed of an object is determined by measuring the distance it travels in a unit of time, and that objects can move at different speeds. Code.org is used in Enrichment Clubs with Ms. Summers to help enrich the computer sciences in the school. Fun and interactive ways to build the student’s knowledge!
Computers in the Classroom Spotlight!
The new modular learning space with tech integration is on its way! This new learning and teaching space will allow for small group, large group, and individual learning experiences. The goal is to provide an innovative space that fosters collaboration between the media specialist, teachers, and students; integrating technology and 21st century information literacy skills into the teaching and learning process. The possibilities are endless! I can’t wait to share it with you and our students!!
